There are quite a few propals, and I may be not up to date. If there's another proposal that includes voting on the blockchain and there's already at least one block with a vote, please let me know and I'll try to add it.
Price volatility is calculated as standard deviation from all market trades. For longer periods it is average of hourly standard deviations (stddev calculated for each hour then averaged)
